Short version: the website upra.ai sets no analytics or advertising cookies, and the application app.upra.ai uses only cookies that are strictly necessary to sign you in, keep you secure and remember your preferences. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage in your browser. This policy uses “cookies” for all of them.
2. Cookies on upra.ai
The public website is a static marketing site. It does not use analytics, advertising, social-media or tracking cookies. The only cookies that may be set are those WordPress uses for an administrator who signs in to edit the site; they are never set for visitors.
The demo-booking block on the Contact page is served by Upra’s own booking service and may set a strictly necessary cookie to keep your booking session.
3. Cookies in the Upra application
| Cookie / storage | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Session / authentication token | Keeps you signed in and protects your session | Strictly necessary | Session, or up to 30 days with “remember me” |
| CSRF token | Protects forms and API calls against forgery | Strictly necessary | Session |
| Preferences (language, theme, layout) | Remembers your settings | Functional | Up to 12 months |
| Security (rate limiting, device check) | Detects abuse and unusual sign-ins | Strictly necessary | Up to 12 months |
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under the ePrivacy rules and the CNIL guidelines. We do not use cookies for advertising or to build profiles across sites.
4. Third parties
When you connect a Google or Microsoft account, sign in with one of them, or pay through Mollie, those providers may set their own cookies on their own domains during the consent or payment flow. Their policies apply to those cookies.
5. How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to the application.
6. Changes
If we ever introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent through a banner before setting them. The date at the top shows the latest version.
